Vocational Assessment

Vocational assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of an individual’s ability to work and earn money in the competitive labor market, based on their education, work experience, and physical and mental abilities. This also includes transferrable skills analysis, and labor market research to address wage earning capacity, labor market access, and labor force participation.

Transition Assessment and Services

Our personalized assessment services cater to students and young adults with individualized education plans (IEPs) or 504 accommodations. We help identify realistic post-secondary goals through age-appropriate testing for further education, vocational training, employment, and independent living. Our aim is to guide students toward successful transition planning, ensuring a smooth journey into adulthood both at home and in the community after high school.

Career Counseling and Guidance

Professional services to assist individuals to make informed decision about their educational and/or vocational goals.

Job Readiness and Job Placement

Our professional services offer support in job searching, resume development, employment interview preparation, and job placement. We also review compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act for equal employment opportunities.

Life Care Planning

Life Care Plan Development

This detailed document outlines both current and future medical care requirements for individuals with catastrophic injuries. Our services help develop a life care plan that includes a thorough review of medical records and research on the cost of care over the individual’s lifetime, ensuring comprehensive and effective planning.

Life Care Plan Review

This is a comprehensive review of an existing life care plan to ensure the plan reflects the individual’s needs and aligns with life care planning methodology and standards of practice.

Cost Care Assessment

A cost care assessment is similar to a life care plan; however, more condensed. This is typically done for non-catastrophic cases.
